Black key in GokaiGalleonBuster is GoseiBlack, not a new Gokaiger :(

Credit to Mr. Gashunum, Goseiblack is shown as one of the options of the keys that don't fit the other color schemes. Sadly, there is no seventh Gokaiger. Dukemon22 says there could still be a chance.

Super Sentai: Non-Color Teammate Names

I'm counting only select Extra Heroes. Whole teams that didn't have colors in their names: JAKQ, Changeman, Zyuranger, and Dairanger. I might be missing some teams. I think I am counting the heroes with the word from their team in their names, except for those in Hurricanger.

King Ranger
The Ohrangers had colors in their names, Toei consider him a Black Ranger. The kanji symbol of King is on his head and belt.

Signalman
In Carranger, he was an extra hero but anyway, he didn't have 'Racer' in their name.

Time Fire
I think he was the first team member to not have a color name in a team that had color names.

Goraijer
The Hurricanger had color names, but the Goraijer didn't, they had names of their insects: Kabuto Raijer and Kuwagatas Raijer. Some people were correcting me and I thought I made it clear, I guess not. I admit that maybe my wording was off. I didn't think the Goraijer had color names, because why the hell I would put it here in the first place?

Shurikenger
Shuriken is the star shape.

AbareKiller
First name is for me, culturally, is arguably the American team didn't want to use. Fine for Japan, but not for America. But a cool name none the less. But I wouldn't want kids saying 'Killer.'

AbareMax
Just a power-up but treated toy-wise as a sixth ranger.

DekaBreak
I still don't know what Break refers to.

DekaMaster
'Master' of them all, makes sense. Also, funny cause he's a dog. He's his own master.

Deka Swan
She's a swan and it's a swan.

Deka Bright
Cool name ever.

Magi Shine
He's shiny and his name is shine.

Magi Mother
She was a mother, obviously but I don't know, just a mother? She was a warrior, not just a mother.

GekiChopper
He can chop things.

GoseiKnight
Toei counts him as a Silver Ranger and doesn't have 'Silver' in his name and suit seemed the most like an Extra Hero.

Super Sentai: Villainesses in Costumes and Monster Forms

UPDATED 7/1/11 7:30 PM EST
Since I covered males in non-rubber suits and last year I covered all villainesses, by request here are villainesses in non-rubber suits and other forms. I am not counting the cats from Flashman because you can see their human faces, I'm talking about covered rubber (latex or whatever) costumes, meaning most of the time they were done by stuntmen.

Bella and Beth (Goggle Five)
Faceless warriors for Deathmark in purple and blue tights who assume human forms.

Dr. Mazenda
Dr. Mazenda from Liveman (same actress as Gara from Dairanger) had a non-human form as well at the end of the series. I couldn't find a pic.

Princess Jarmin (Turboranger)
She had a snake form but couldnt find a pic.

Empress Juuza (Jetman)
She had a monster form at the end of Jetman.

Lami Scorpion (Zyuranger)
Lami's giant scorpion form, the actress admitted in an interview years later that this made her embarrassed (in a good way?) that she became a monster.

Gara (Dairanger)
She had a metal face form, does that count?

Empress Hysteria
Hysteria was the most devoted and loyal wife and mother. She helped her son Buldont get a new form. She risked her life for her grandson. She is the first Sentai villainess to not have a human face but to be in a costume completely.

Princess Multiwa
Niece of Hysteria and wife of Kaiser Buldont. She had a son by the end of Ohranger.

Keris
Field commander who rules Machine Beasts with whip and had a human disguise. Didn't appear in Zeo but part of her costume was used for another background monster.

Iriesu
She is an Egyptian-themed, spiteful, and ambitious sorceress. She arranged Budou's death, having grown too impatient to wait for her turn against the Gingaman and to revive Daitanikusu. Having succeeded, in becoming the new general, she intended to revive Daitanix through sorcery. She had a more powered-up form too.

Grandiene
In GoGoV, she was the queen mother of the demons, was the final villain and defeated. She is the third Sentai villainess to not have a human face but to be in a costume.

Armored TsueTsue/Onihime (Gaoranger)
When Ura was seemingly dead, Tsuetsue temporarily used his crown to become the Onihime and is possessed by him.

Rije/Rijewel
Little girl, really was Kasumi, Asuka and Mahoro's daughter, that was used as a conduit for the main boss. She later speed-grown into Rijewel, who tried to use her sexy feminine wilds for her crush over Mikoto. Rijewel became a costumed monster (DezumoRijewel) for one episode.

Vancuria
Vampire Queen, sole female of the bad guys in Magiranger. She flirted with Buranken and Wolzard. A man played her in costume. She is the 3rd villainess to switch back and forth to human face to costume and not become a fully-costumed monster at the end.

Sphinx (Magiranger)
After N. Ma's defeat, Sphinx became the new ruling leader of the new Infershia, ending the war between her kind and Magitopia peacefully, and she began rebuilding the Kedomono Realm.

Kazu no Shizuka
She was a ninja treasure hunter. She became a fully-costume super monster at one point for a short time.

Mele
She was the first villainess to have a mecha. She had an exclusive Girls in Uniform figure, only available to a few. She died with her love Rio. She is the fourth villainess to switch back and forth to human face to costume and not become a fully-costumed monster at the end.

Rageku from Gekiranger
Rageku is the Grand Mistress of the Confrontation Beast Jelly-Fist, whose fighting style focuses on pain and suffering. She can deflect their attacks and mastered to use her opponent's Ki against them. Much like Kata, Rageku uses her students and makes them suffer. She is more dedicated to jealously and betrayal. She also had a relationship with Master Shafu long ago.

Dayu
Complicated villainess from Shinkenger, was once human. She is the fourth Sentai villainess to not have a human face but to be completely in costume, eleven years since GoGoV's Grandinne (Vancuria and Mele had human forms). A man played her in costume, the same man who did Vancuria.

Metal Alice of Agent
In Goseiger, a villainess that came in late. She is part of the third group the Matrintis. She is the fifth Sentai villainess to not have a human face but to be in a costume. A man plays her in costume, same man who did BoukenPink.

Insarn
Development Technical Officer Insarn is Zangyack's green-skin mad scientist, supplying the Action Commanders with powerful weapons and modifications. Using a special energy gun, she can resurrect an Action Commander who were defeated and make them grow giant. The same man who did Vancuria and Dayu plays her.
